Description
The Cultured Abalone Farm invites guests to a 1.5-hour walking tour guided by an abalone farmer, where you’ll experience the entire process of raising abalone from hatchery to harvest, learning about seaweed culturing and urchin ranching along the way. These special tours include a tasting of abalone prepared by Chef Paul Osborne of Santa Barbara Fish Market, paired with rice and seaweed salad, and complemented by wine poured by Longoria Family Wines.
