Soak in a beautiful sunset with 360 degree views of mountains and sea from the Canary Hotel Rooftop as you sip on a selection of eclectic white and rosé wines from Margerum, Brander, Cambria, Paradise Springs, and more. Local musician Catalina Esteves will provide a mellow acoustic backdrop and the wines will be paired with a bountiful charcuterie and cheese board from Finch & Fork.
