In this hands-on role, you'll ensure smooth operation of PathPoint's corporate office and take the lead on day-to-day HR administration, with a focus on benefits and payroll. You'll support our nearly 400 employees in 5 counties, helping them with HR questions and making sure that all payroll information is processed accurately. Office Administration -Process incoming mail; record checks and distribute correspondence to the appropriate personnel. -Greet office visitors and answer phones. -Code and reconcile corporate invoices; assist with credit card reconciliations. -Maintain office supplies. -Coordinate special events for corporate office, including staff birthdays, anniversary recognition, and holiday parties. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: -Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical or religious exemption -Customer-service focus and a sincere desire to give all employees a positive experience -Strong attention to detail -High levels of initiative and adaptability -Tech-savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly; intermediate Excel and Word skills -Two years of experience in an administrative support role -Experience or training in human resources is a plus, but not required -Must receive criminal record clearance through the DOJ COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT PACKAGE: This is an hourly, non-exempt position starting at $19-$22 per hour.
