DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create Welcoming Environment for Customers

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner, promptly direct them to their event, answer any program questions and resolve any concerns.

    • Escalate customer challenge if needed.

  • Upsell our programs when possible

  • Ensure customer safety protocols are being followed: COVID, on and off ice policies, etc.

Building Cleanliness

  • Perform routine maintenance and checklist including but not limited too: sweeping, mopping, bathroom check, locker room, benches, and trash

  • Keeping all areas clean and orderly, including behind the desk.

Money Handling Process

  • Count in and count out process

  • Accurate drawer

  • Follow corporate policy for money handling

Program Tracking and Analysis

  • Support in program tracking and analysis

  • Provide weekly reports to appropriate party

Job Status: Full-Time,Part-Time

Shift: Day,Evening
