PathPoint is seeking a full-time Case Manager for our Paths to Recovery community-based program in Santa Barbara, CA. In this role, you'll provide support for an assigned group of clients by assisting them with all aspects of independent living, including the development of social, vocational, and effective symptom management skills. Specific needs include education in the areas of medication management, proper nutrition, cooking, shopping, budgeting, housecleaning and maintenance, and personal hygiene. You'll also assume primary responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating and revising treatment goals and plans, and providing one-on-one support to clients as needed. This position comes with wonderful perks, including flexible scheduling for 40 hours per week and supervision hours for Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT). Case Managers working 40 hours per week have the option to work a 4/10 schedule, meaning you can always have three days off per week.
