The 8-time award winning Ramada Santa Barbara is seeking a full-time or part-time Front Desk Team Member who can provide the professionalism and hospitality that has come to be expected by the Ramada brand. Applicant must have open availability and be able to work weekends and holidays. Shifts will predominantly be either 12pm-8:30pm or 2:45pm-11pm with an occasional 7am-3pm. We prefer previous customer service experience in a hotel setting. We are looking for a personable, dependable, mature, detailed oriented person to join our team. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work. We are especially interested in individuals willing to take that extra step to ensure guest satisfaction. This candidate would be versed in all things related to Santa Barbara (restaurants, tourist attractions, hiking trails, parks etc...). Job duties to include but not limited to, answering telephone calls, making reservations, checking in and checking out guests, cash handling, helping with luggage when needed, and giving recommendations on activities in the area.
