We are seeking a Front Office Manager to ensure that the front desk and valet teams are delivering the highest quality of service that exceeds guest’s expectations. This individual will orchestrate and expedite the registration and checkout process at the front desk, and responsible for hands-on supervision of all front office operations, including delegating job assignments and managing the work environment to ensure maximum efficiency while maintaining service standards. This role is responsible for taking ownership of all guest challenges, including recording, resolving and following up with all guest issues, problems, complaints, and/or accidents presented through the front desk and phone calls in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
This position requires a minimum of two years of guest service leadership experience required, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort environment. High school diploma or GED required, some college or vocational course preferred. Must have proficiency with Opera PMS, strong administration skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ability to speak additional languages, in addition to English, is a plus.
