Senior Marketing Associate

Role: Collaborating directly with the CEO and Director of Business Development, your role is to create the strategy for and lead all execution of the company’s marketing initiatives. This is an opportune time to join Village as we’ve recently completed the first comprehensive rebranding in our 25-year history, and the enthusiasm around the new brand is evident.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow brand awareness, image, and overall following in the area plus core feeder markets
  • Implement innovative, growth marketing techniques for the company and our Agents
  • Create and oversee all company campaigns and Agent assets, including print and digital collateral, signage, website, social media, advertising, email marketing, and brand/event partnerships
  • Direct new and ongoing advertising, affiliate, and public relations initiatives
  • Build relationships with Agents and advise them on best-in-class marketing techniques for self- or listing promotion, and block time for formal training sessions
  • Manage third-party vendors such as creative agencies, software providers, graphic designers, content creators, and printing/production sources
  • Monitor web and social analytics and optimizes strategy accordingly
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive quality control, turnaround, and deadline standards
  • Create and manage annual and project-based timelines and budgets
  • Develop and update the global content calendar
  • Train and develop junior team members
  • Recommend any ad hoc projects
  • Monitor changes to DRE compliance and ensures campaigns are fully compliant

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing/creative experience with 2+ years of real estate experience preferred. 1+ year of performance marketing preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Experience:
