In the heart of downtown, The Canary will be a sanctuary for those in Santa Barbara to enjoy the Summer Solstice celebrations over the weekend. Terri Barnett, The Canary’s resident wellness expert, will lead the weekend’s activities, centering around rich Yang energy, its heat, abundance and vibrancy instilling you with the full power of the sun. Unwind in gorgeous Santa Barbara and with a journey of self-care and rejuvenation. Agenda: Thursday, June 20, 6pm: Kick off the weekend by joining Terri on the rooftop with a welcome circle, cacao ceremony of letting for letting go, and intention-setting yoga and stretch session.? Friday, June 21/National Yoga Day, 9-10am: Start your day with a guided sunrise salutations to greet the sun and celebrate the beginning of Summer Solstice followed by guided meditation, sound healing and summer solstice ceremony, followed by post class nourishing refreshments. Saturday, June 22, 9-10am: : Elevate your morning with rooftop yoga, stretch, meditation, and sound healing, plus a solstice workshop and post-class refreshments.? Sunday, June 23, 9-10am: Conclude your weekend with rooftop yoga, stretch, meditation, sound healing, and nourishing refreshments.?
