A one-of-a-kind resort village perched on 78 acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean—announces the debut of its Bacara Signature Chef Series, a new culinary program celebrating exceptional global talent through immersive, destination-driven dining experiences. On Friday, March 6, 2026, the resort will host the inaugural event of the series, welcoming Michelin-starred Chef Miguel Navarro, Executive Chef of Es Fum at The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort. Chef Navarro has spent time in several Michelin Star restaurants such as the 3-Michelin-Star Piazza Duomo in Alba, Italy; 3-Michelin-Star Azurmendi in Bilbao, Spain, among others. Known for his Mediterranean approach and focus on seasonal ingredients, Chef Navarro will collaborate alongside The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara’s Executive Chef Roberto Riveros Leyton to create a special weekend of dining that brings together Spanish influences and the spirit of coastal California The weekend will begin with a Welcome Reception featuring curated bites by Chef Navarro in collaboration with the Bacara culinary team. Guests will enjoy two curated tasting stations—one hosted by the guest chef and one by our Executive Chef—highlighting Spanish-inspired flavors. In addition, guests will receive a welcome beverage complimentary to toast to the evening and fabulous collaboration between Chef Navarro and The Ritz-Carlton Bacara.
