Temporary Project Coordinator

Candidates for this position must reside on the Central Coast (Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties) or be willing to relocate to the area upon hire. As a community-facing role, a local presence is essential to effectively engage with and serve our community. Please note that relocation assistance may be available. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Temporary Project Coordinator to support our Communications & Marketing team. Reporting to the Communications & Marketing Associate Director, this role will coordinate the development, tracking, and production of a wide variety of marketing and communications materials from concept through final distribution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicates effectively with cross-functional teams, and is comfortable coordinating timelines, approvals, vendors, and production processes. This temporary position is ideal for someone with experience in marketing coordination, project management, communications, or print production.
