We are the new property owners of the property located at 5885 Carpinteria Avenue, Carpinteria CA, also known as ''Carp Bluffs 1'' and are developing a new project for the property, that will include a restored open space, a boutique hotel specific to Carpinteria (non-flagged), restaurant, limited residential and a regenerative and organic farm. We are very excited to join the SB South Coast Chamber.
